Service Commitment

Indie Hosting is committed to providing high-quality game server hosting with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.

1. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee that server access will be available 99.9% of the time per month. If uptime falls below this threshold, clients may request compensation in the form of credits based on downtime duration.

2. Exclusions

Downtime does not count towards the SLA if caused by:

  • Scheduled Maintenance
  • Force Majeure Events
  • User-installed third-party modifications, plugins, or misconfigurations
  • Excessive CPU, RAM, or storage usage beyond allocated limits.
3. Compensation for SLA Violations

If Indie Hosting fails to meet the uptime guarantee, affected customers may request refunds in the form of credits. To request SLA compensation, a ticket must be opened within 7 days of the incident.
